Absolutely magical! The Dubai Fountain Lake Ride is an unforgettable experience. Gliding across the water right in front of the Burj Khalifa feels surreal — and the best part is that the boats always wait for the fountain show to begin, so you don’t miss a single second of the spectacle. The music, the lights, the reflections on the lake — everything is pure magic. Mega cool and totally worth it!

A beautiful and clean Yatch by Exclusive yatch club of dubai. Spectacular view of Dubai night life as well as skylines. Just 2 hour Yatch ride which start from Dubai Marina having Dj songs, soft drinks as well as good barbecue food with fruits and sweets like small cup cakes. Lovely atmosphere and cool breeze

Pretty good experience, queues are a bit messy but the staff do generally run a smooth operation. Your experience is probably a bit luck dependent, our boat driver found a great spot for us to see the show, but another boat rider came and stopped in front of ours, prompting ours to move. Still overall would recommend!

Good destination to end your trip in Dubai. With relaxing music and amazing dancing fountain with the lake ride and amazing view of Burj Khalifa. Even weekdays it was busy in this area, January is a peak season for tourist. It is also located beside Dubai Mall where you can find good stuff to buy and lots of toilets. Must come back here.

Though as an ordinary lake ride, it was a good experience lazing around the water alleys surrounding Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, it wasn't worth the price when combined with the fountain show. On the lake ride, at times it was difficult to get a complete view of the fountain show, blocked by the height of the Abra, though it promises a front row experience. The musical fountain show could have been much better enjoyed from the promenade podiums (must get in early to get the best viewing spot).

Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+), and a parental consent form is required
Bring your booking confirmation/ QR Code, and arrive 30 minutes early
Collect your tickets at the At The Top counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall)
Occasional delays can be encountered during peak season
During bad weather, attractions may close temporarily for safety. Refunds are not available in such cases.
Show timings may change based on operational requirements and could differ from the original schedule.
The boats depart 15 minutes prior to each fountain show
The boats can accommodate up to 8 people per boat
Large bags and/or strollers, sharp items and electronics must be kept at the dedicated counter.

How To Get There

Location

The Dubai Fountains Lake Ride is located at The Dubai Mall, Lower Ground Floor (LG), near the Dubai Fountain.

By Car

Take the 1st Interchange along Sheikh Zayed Road and follow Financial Centre Road to Dubai Mall.
Parking: Use the Dubai Mall parking areas; follow signs to the Lower Ground Floor for easy access to the ride.

By Metro

Take the Red Line to Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Station.
Walk through the air-conditioned Metro Link Bridge to Dubai Mall, then proceed to the Lower Ground Floor (LG) to reach the Dubai Fountains Lake Ride.

By Bus

Route 27 (from Deira Gold Souk Bus Station) and Route 29 (from Ghubaiba Station) service Dubai Mall every 16 minutes.
Drop-off: Tourist entrance on the Lower Ground Floor. From there, walk inside the mall to the ride.

By Taxi / Ride-Hailing

Taxis or ride-hailing services (Uber, Careem) can drop you directly at Dubai Mall, LG (Lower Ground Floor) near the Dubai Fountain.

Cancellation Policy:

No-shows and late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund

For a full refund, cancel at least 72 hours prior to the timeslot.Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable Cancellations are based on the travel date with a threshold of 71 hours and 59 minutes.
