House of Hype Dubai Mall Experience

This is an incredible entertainment destination that truly lives up to its name. The venue is huge and filled with a variety of interactive and fun activities. Each zone offers something unique. From exciting games to live shows, keeping everyone engaged and entertained. It was a fantastic experience for both the kids and us. The staff and performers were amazing, friendly, and very helpful, making the visit even more enjoyable. The food options are great, and there are plenty of spots to relax between activities.

WOW, this place is just amazing. Totally different to probably anything you've ever visited before. Vibrant, colourful, energetic, charismatic, brilliant fun for ALL AGES. Multiple themed areas and rooms giving you all different sensory experiences, with the added element of having to find hidden flowers along the way. We turned up, booked and paid straight away, downloaded the accompanying app and got straight into it. It's only been open for 7 months so may not be on your hit list if visiting, but I would thoroughly recommend a couple of hours of your time to visit. Easy to find in Dubai Mall, clearly signed from Chinatown.

If you are looking for new fun places in Dubai, then House of Hype should be on your list. The place is amazing and super fun for all ages. It feels like you have stepped into another world the moment you enter here. There are many rooms to explore and every room is unique and fun in its own way. It's best with friends or family as you won't stop laughing. It's worth visiting at least once when you are in Dubai. It has games, fun avatar making, singing and dancing, video making room and much more words are not enough to explain the fun. You can get discounts on tickets if you have the Smile app or find online discounts. I went with my friends and we had a great time we didn't expect this level of fun to be honest.

Amazing experience. Was grateful to all the accommodating actors/actresses who were also guide along the experience. Shout out to Matilda, Wanda, Cyril, his Majesty (as he requested to be called) and all the staff we met along the way but we forgot to ask their names. The Indian guy from the first room where we danced, the guide in the arcade where my husband played hoops. It was amazing and so fun. A bit expensive though. And they didn’t accepted Fazaa discount as the counter said, tickets were already discounted. A bit weird. But for a once-in-a-lifetime experience, it's worth it.

House of Hype – 0/5 Never again. We had 5000 points with a five-year-old child and were told we could only choose either an earbud case or a car air freshener. Completely useless items for a kid – not even a small toy available. When we asked if we could pay extra so our child could get something decent, the answer was simply “no.” At the end, there was a spin-the-wheel game with 11 people – and our child got nothing. Only after insisting strongly did they finally allow him to take a single sticker. What does that cost them, maybe two cents? Absolutely ridiculous. Staff came across as stingy, greedy and unfriendly. Even the 10% discount voucher we had was not accepted. Totally disappointing experience.
