Sadly I could only afford the Burj Al Arab Guided Tour!!! But if you are the same you MUST do it! What a fabulous couple of hours seeing the inside of this magnificent hotel. The Guides were so friendly and keen to share their knowledge. We didn't have any 'extra' refreshments so cannot comment on that - but we loved the experience.

One of the best places to visit in dubai. Their service is really amazing the tour guide people were very friendly with all of us. One of the amazing was the royal suite which they showed and it was a very detailed tour. The best time to visit is during the sunset around 4 30 to 5 pm. They served us with a refreshing juice and a cold towel. Then when we went inside they gave us Arabic dates and Arabic coffee.

I had the privilege of experiencing the Burj Al Arab six years ago, starting with an unforgettable breakfast. The hotel management graciously offered a guided tour, allowing me to explore every category of room and all the luxurious amenities the hotel has to offer. The interiors were stunning, and the attention to detail was truly exceptional. As for the breakfast, it was beyond impressive – an exquisite spread with top-tier options that perfectly matched the hotel’s reputation for luxury. I recently visited the hotel again, this time from the outside, and it remains as iconic as ever. The architectural grandeur, especially the sail-shaped structure, continues to leave a lasting impression. If you're ever in Dubai, a visit to Burj Al Arab is an absolute must. It's the epitome of elegance, service, and unmatched luxury. Highly recommended!
