Cancellation and Refunds Policy
1 Non-Refundable Tickets
Gentoo sells tickets on behalf of attractions responsible for event organization and management.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the specific ticket or attraction details at the time of purchase, all tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
2. Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy
If refund or exchange options are available for an attraction, they will be explicitly outlined in the ticket or event details upon purchase.
In these cases, the refund will be provided in accordance with the value stated on the ticket, without any additional charges.
3 Customer Cancellations
- Notification: To cancel your reservation, notify Gentoo in writing and provide:
- Transaction number
- Ticket numbers
- Email address
- Full name
- Telephone number
- Confirmation: We will confirm the cancellation in writing and inform you of any applicable fees.
- Responsibility: Gentoo is not responsible for cancellations not received in a timely manner or not confirmed by us.
4 Refunds
- Processing: When applicable, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
- Please note that if a refund is granted, the amount you receive may vary from the original transaction amount due to currency exchange rate fluctuations and applicable bank fees or charges. Gentoo Worldwide Tickets is not responsible for any differences caused by these factors, and such variations are beyond our control.
5 Event Changes and Cancellations
- Organizer's Responsibility: We are not responsible for event changes or cancellations. Refunds or exchanges will be subject to the event organizer's policies.
